Your participation in the Chandler Limited TG2-500 Pre Amp Giveaway (“the Giveaway” or “Promotion”) shall be deemed your complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Giveaway is sponsored by the operator of www.ChandlerLimited.com (“Chandler Limited” or “Sponsor”) in partnership with Abbey Road Studios.
Platform Release
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open internationally to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their country, state, or province of residence if higher, at the time of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Chandler Limited, Abbey Road Studios, Dv8 Advertising, and their respective affiliates and agencies, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Entrants may be asked, at any stage, to provide Chandler Limited or a third party with proof of age and/or identity.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on November 2, 2026 and ends on November 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
How to Enter
To enter, entrants must complete all of the following during the Entry Period: follow Chandler Limited on Instagram; follow Chandler Limited on Facebook; share the official giveaway post with a friend; and join the Chandler Limited email list by submitting the entry form on the official giveaway landing page. Incomplete entries will not be eligible.
Limit of One Entry
Each entrant may submit one (1) entry only, unless otherwise directed by Chandler Limited. If Chandler Limited determines that an entrant has submitted multiple entries, used multiple identities or accounts, used automated means to enter, or otherwise acted in bad faith, that entrant will be disqualified and ineligible to win the Prize.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Chandler Limited TG2-500 Pre Amp (the “Prize”), approximate retail value $1,000 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Prize is awarded “as is” and is not transferable or exchangeable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Chandler Limited may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026. Chandler Limited’s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize, and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or third party.
Winner Notification
The winner will be announced on Chandler Limited’s social media channels and notified by email or direct message from an official Chandler Limited account. Chandler Limited will never ask entrants for payment, passwords, or financial information. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide a valid mailing address, proof of identity, and any other information reasonably requested by Chandler Limited. If the winner fails to respond within that period, cannot be verified, or is found to be ineligible, the Prize will be forfeited and Chandler Limited may select an alternate winner at random.
Shipping, Duties and Delivery
Chandler Limited will cover all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes required to deliver the Prize to the winner’s country of residence. Subject to availability, the Prize will be shipped within sixty (60) business days of Chandler Limited’s receipt of the winner’s required details. Chandler Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities, or for a Prize that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the winner. Any other taxes or costs associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
No Resale and Product Registration
The Prize is awarded for the winner’s personal use and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, or otherwise transferred for value. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner agrees to register the TG2-500 Pre Amp with Chandler Limited in the winner’s own name, as directed by Chandler Limited. If Chandler Limited determines that the Prize has been offered for resale or sold, Chandler Limited may void any warranty and product support associated with the Prize.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize the winner agrees that Chandler Limited and/or Abbey Road Studios may use the winner’s name, social media handle, picture, likeness, prize information, and state/country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. The winner agrees to provide Chandler Limited with a high-resolution image of themselves in a digital format, as directed by Chandler Limited and subject to Chandler Limited’s approval.
Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Chandler Limited, Abbey Road Studios, Dv8 Advertising, and their respective legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. Chandler Limited is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunction of the landing page, entry form, email, or social media platforms.
Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway and to add entrants to the Chandler Limited email list. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in each email.
Right to Modify or Cancel
Chandler Limited reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any matters relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Iowa, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Iowa.
Agreement
By entering the Giveaway, each entrant unreservedly agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the Giveaway and the awarding of the Prize.
